Herff Jones provides yearbooks, graduation gear, and other academic milestone products for students at all levels – from kindergarten through college. They needed a website redesign that reflected their updated brand and was easy for audiences to navigate and their team to edit. We built on existing audience research and made recommendations around site hierarchy and content approach, reinventing the way audiences found their school products. This new approach required coordinating with developers and IT teams to align datasets and create consistent content. We created, tested, and revised wireframes before moving into high fidelity design, which resulted in a website with an audience-centered focus.
