The Indiana Hemophilia and Thrombosis Center provides premier care for patients with blood disorders in Indiana and wanted to reimagine their website presence. To understand their organization and audiences, we conducted a research phase that included interviews, pharmacy observation, and patient experience observation. This research informed recommendations around site navigation, content messaging strategy, and overall brand approach and focus. While the website remains a work in progress, the organization has also used the research to augment work on organizational core values.
