Regenstrief Institute is a human-centered research organization focused on creating better health through better patient care. They wanted to update their website to make it easier for their audiences to understand what kind of work they do and how to engage with the organization.
We began the project with a research phase – which included interviewing more than 20 internal and external stakeholders – to understand how audiences currently perceived Regenstrief and used the website. Then, we brought those results to the Regenstrief team and collaborated on developing brand values and voice, which informed style tiles we built out for the website. After building a site map and wireframes (including responsive), we conducted usability testing to see if the wireframes and content created clarity for audiences, and then refined those wireframes based on the testing. Wireframes turned into high fidelity design and the launched website resulted in a more unified brand.
